an adulterous woman

like a lioness with belladonna in her eyes

you prey stealthily

on fools’ weakness

calculate lust’s moment

stalk willing victims of

nights’ shade like shadow

hiss soft enticements as

fluidity of your presence

slithers cunningly into

traitorous embrace

aiming for the eyes

Right on target. You held up your poetic pistol and aimed at the target…hitting right between the eyes everytime. Good job!!!

Monogamy seemed unnatural to me in the late 60’s, when free love & open marriages were afoot; but in this new century, it is good to feel the stability of a lasting partnership that leaves no room for the old cravings. Nice job with the prompt. Adultery is usually blamed on the men.

Yes, it wasn’t all Eve… too many men are willing to be seduced and for them it always starts with the eyes.

Yes, children are all beautiful and innocent of their parentage. But if an adulterous woman/man slithers into your marriage…is it all well and good? God provided a marriage hearth for the fires of love/lust and we’re wise to tend our own fire and not burn down another’s house 🙂

Of course.. Pain is not comfortable.. but as ALLways the first stone is GOD.. Smiles.. Humans will never get smart enough to judge the First and Last stONE..:)

Parables are still effective to get points across to those who are ready to receive them.. And the first is of the best in my H opinion..;)

Aiming for that spot between the eyes. Kill shot. Pow.
    Another goes down.

Quite the cunning and dangerous character you have created.

So much is expressed by the eyes…and, ha, where there is an adulterous woman there must also be an adulterous man….
