So much story here. LOVE this line:

Sun and moon, wine and beer, meat and veggies – the similarities of being children together and then adulthood with its choices….opposites attract and not all differences have to go unresolved. Love that last stanza.

Ah.. the opposites of attraction.. no the voice.. yes the silence.. no the song.. of bees and birds.. who do the circle.. in diversity of life.. ah the differences.. are the blessings of love and hate.. and all between.. of all of diversity.. now that’s life..:)

Well, it sounds like they had some similarities, but their differences got in the way. I like the point at the end….that if ‘love’s heartbeat’ ruled, differences probably would not have mattered.

Actually opposites do attract, & the differences in their personal & world views only enrich, albeit complicate, their relationship. Sometimes, perhaps too often, we seek finding ourselves in our mate & friends (does Mick & Bianca Jagger ring a bell?) which stretches self-love to absurdity; just saying.

Lovely! I was involved almost immediately with your characters.

Like Bjorn, I found the opposites attract motif. The ending, an apparent divorce, was refreshing in that this axiom is often used to highlight relationship successes.

Thanks for reading…i’m trying to say that “irreconcilable” differences does not have to be the end…vive la difference!

Ahhhh, YES!

This seems to illustrate the saying of opposites attract. Especially the contrast between the sun and moon worked for me. 😉
