let there be music!

listen!

planets spinning,

moons’ revolving,

hear the stars sing!

atoms whirling,

cells alive swirling,

let seasons ring!

redwood voices tall,

wild flowing waterfall,

join nature’s newsong!

livestock ruminate,

humans communicate,

each hums their own

unique lifesong!

all corners of cosmos,

given the chance,

will loudly praise him

as lord of the dance.

listen to the music!

    Gee, LD, our mind poetically skimmed the same vibe on this one; yours seems to say things more clearly with a fifth as many words as mine; like the line /redwood voices tall/ maybe sequoias should be singing in there somewhere?

      Yes, the sequoia would definitely hit a high note! Your “take” was FABULOUS, Glenn…and you know what they say about “great minds…” 😉

    that was fun – and I admit the livestock ruminating is an image I may steal down the road 🙂

    Haha.. i too love to think of GOD as Lord of the dance.. and dark.. and light.. and song.. and poem..! to celebrate Love and Love of nature.. to me using any of these devices of life.. is one and same as celebrating GOD of Mother Nature TRUE!

    nice… yes … each person hums their own song – and it’s good if we take the time to listen and hum along with them a bit…

    I agree there is music all around us, my mornings begin with birds chorusing outside my room, love that awakening.

    What a joy: you take the idea of the music of the spheres and send its harmony through nature all the way to swirling cells. Really amazing.
