This is, as I see it, a perfect haiku that speaks so well to the season of winter. In few words I experienced it.
And, to answer your question–I’ve never done a reading at the venue that I’ve mentioned in my post. But did do one at an independent bookstore here. Because I’m not here year round I’ve never gotten involved with the writing community–I tend to be a bit reclusive…or is it jealous of my time. :0) I’m a lot older than most, too.
