Oh, moo! 🙂 Okay, as someone who spent some of his childhood summers on a grade B dairy farm in northern Wisconsin, I had to find this enjoyable! But then I have also taught a few people over the years the dairy farmer’s handshake: Thumbs up, link your fingers, invert your hands. Other person takes hold of the thumbs and starts milking. “Glad to meet ya!” Nice limerick!

Yes, but barely. We had several different dairies where I grew up (Minneapolis). Borden wasn’t one of them.

Just some items… we had a bunch of competing dairies… Northland, Foremost… I don’t remember many of them. Everything but generic. That came later.

Interesting! We used to raise Holstein heifers…now into stock cows. There’s a cheese plant, Agripur, in our local town.
