sun dogs howl in cold

temps drop after arctic blast

winter’s shining face

she wears best diamond earrings

snowdrifts sparkle with brilliance

 

 

I couldn’t resist Kiwinana’s tanka prompt, using “winter” and “shining”!

    Love it, I can see those cold dogs, winters nice but you can only stand so much of it.
