wysteria myst

From Carpe Diem Haiku Kai, a haiku to “revise”:

in the moonlight,

the color and scent of the wisteria

seems far away

© Yosa Buson (1716-1784)

___________

hear flute softly weep

pale purple tears in moonlight

dropping over wall
