slightly cracked

you may

call me egg-head

for trying to write a

spring quadrille of eggs

-actly forty-four words (now

you know that forty-four counts

as one word, right?) and also for

making this poem egg-shaped,

(simply eggs-ceptional) just

don’t egg me on to pen

more yolks!

Kim hosts an “egg” quadrille prompt for dVerse Poets this week before Easter…

What a clever poem, Lynn! Love the happy colors, and I think we can all use more yolks.
