(Join d’Verse Poets writing “echo” poems…and enjoy reading!)
who may come?
anyone
run as a child
wild
come humble
stumble
from shrouded night
fright
into living light
sight
come poor and needy
lovesick, greedy
come dirty and mean
be clean
hungry, thirsty, or chilled
be filled
come with your doubt
re-route
lay out your fleece
peace
the hour is near
here!
