Link to d’Verse with Kelvin’s original “Tilus” form of 3 lines: 6, 3, 1 syllable each.
“Tilus” (tee-loo-hz) means “piece of land” (Finnish) so that’s where I went, naturally.

A nice set. I like the way you gave three different perspectives on the same subject. Rain definitely has a mind of its own….and when there is drought or very heavy destructive rain, it can be so devastating.

Deep, deep love of the soil expressed there. Hope the weather calms down for you a little. It feels like it’s going to be another of those years…

Tilus from the Heartland; poetics with soil lips, how grand. Tilus 2 whispered loudly to me, laughing at my brown thumb; reminding me to think greener.
